Yoga Friends studio is located in the strict center of Dorćol where you will be welcomed by Maya, Yoga instructor and founder of the studio. Synchronize your mind, spirit and body with the help of various techniques and asana (body positions). Maya is practicing traditional Hatha Yoga, and each of you will also be able to enjoy Urban Yoga, Senior Yoga, Yoga for Children and Pregnant Women, and Mothers with Babies.
Group lessons are offered - usually 7 to 15 participants (75 minutes) and individual lessons (60-90 minutes). Work with children (6-12 years) takes about 40 minutes.
