This results in furniture and decor today being elegant and simple, with a focus on functionality instead of form.
The advantage of this is that modular furniture is available today that can be reconfigured as needed. Thus, we have the same piece of furniture that can serve multiple purposes, so we can better manipulate smaller rooms and use them more efficiently.
