Vračar Cvetni trg - The neighborhood Vračar Cvetni trg is located in the municipality of Vračar and it was named after the former Flower market, today the Flower square or Cvetni Trg in Sebian. Specifically, the neighborhood Vračar Cvetni trg was named after the plateau Cvetni Trg which is comfortably tucked between Njegoševa street and the streets Kralja Milana and Svetozara Markovića. The neighborhood Vračar Cvetni trg earned its popularity because of its appearance. The streets of the neighborhood Vračar Cvetni trg are decorated with rows of young trees and some of the most monumental residential and commercial buildings. One of these buildings, which adorn the neighborhood Vračar Cvetni trg, is the building of the Yugoslav Drama Theater, which is conjoined with the park Manjež. The neighborhood Vračar Cvetni trg encompasses several major streets, the street Kralja Milana and Resavska and Nemanjina streets. Precisely because of this the neighborhood Vračar Cvetni trg has excellent public transport connections with the rest of Belgrade. The neighborhood Vračar Cvetni trg includes buildings of the Theater Academy 28, 3rd Belgrade High School, Elementary School Vladislav Ribnikar, National Bank of Serbia and the buildings of the Ministry of Justice, Agriculture and Education, Science and Technological Development. In addition to these attractions the neighborhood has a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques, shops and markets, and in close vicinity is also the Slavija Square and the famous Beogradjanka building.
