Apartments in Belgrade- Toplica apartment is state-of-the-art, fully refurbished apartment located in the heart of the Belgrade with two terraces and a breathtaking view overlooking both sides of Belgrade. It can accommodate up to five adults. Snuggled on the sixth floor of the old town district, this serviced apartment in Belgrade boasts a refreshing interior and a practical sleeping arrangement. The central area of the apartment, that separates the sleeping from the living area is a large, fully equipped (with happy go lucky lights) kitchen with a large breakfast bar and stools for five people. The living room area is furnished with unfolding three seater, a TV and it has the exit to the smaller of the two balconies which faces the yard, but offers a breathtaking view over Belgrade and three bridges. Bathroom is bright and nice, with a rather practical full width enclosure for the shower. Bedroom is the most charming of rooms in the apartment: bland overtones, flowery motifs on wallpapers, draperies, soothing lights and the additional TV set all add up to a pleasant atmosphere. Sleeping arrangement is 2+2+1 – that is, three in the bedroom (the double bed and the fold out armchair) and two in the living room. Location is extremely desirable for those seeking accommodation in the center of Belgrade. A five minute stroll and you are in Belgrade's High street or the central square. Interesting commercial and touristic spots flourish around the neigbourhood, and the proximity of the transport hub Zeleni Venac, guarantees a fine connection to other parts of the city. The most practical spot to look for parking would be in the nearby Obilicev Venac public garage.

Pozitivno:
- Relacija odlicna! Skoro sam centar grada, sve je blizu i svuda se moze peske, nema potrebe za javnim prevozom. Znamenitosti, prodavnice, kafici.., Sve je u krugu od par minuta hoda.
- Grejanje fantasticno! I kad je napolju bio minus, u apartmanu moze da se bude u majici bez problema, grejanje radi non stop, nikad nije hladno.
- Balkon! Postoje dva balkona, prelep pogled i sa jednog i sa drugog. Ako se toplo obucete, i na 0 stepeni predstavlja zadovoljstvo popiti tu kafu/caj.
- Komunikacija sa vlasnikom! Sve teklo po dogovoru, cak na je ozvoljen bio i ulazak u apartman ranije, sto nam je znacilo dosta.

Negativno:
- Cistoca, cistoca, cistoca! Odrzavanje apartmana kao da je totalno zaboravljeno. Dosta neociscenih delova apartmana, a pogotovo onih zabacenih (npr u ostavi/plakaru je bio sloj prasine toliki da moze rukom da se uhvati). Usisivac toliki sloj prasine ima u/na sebi, da ne moze skoro da uvlaci prasinu. metla ne postoji u apartmanu.
- Kupatilo! Fen koji ne moze da izdrzi duze od 1min da bude upaljen, pregreje se i ugasi. Sa mokrom kosom smo izlazili napolje na minus... Tus koji ima toliko kamenca, da voda jedva prolazi kroz par rupica... Morali smo da kupimo novu glavu za tus kako bismo mogli da koristimo isti. Vrata od tus kabine zaglavljuju, i dok udjes/izadjes iz kabine, izgubis volju za tusiranjem. Vrata od kupatila ne mogu da se zakljucaju, ali to je najmanji problem.
- Kuhinja! Samo jedna krpa, sundjer vec koriscen od ranije, truleksi svi prljavi i crni, nema rezervnih. Sredstva za ciscenje su uglavnom sa isteklim rokom. Sve smo to morali novo da kupimo.... Sudovi, kojih je veoma malo, ne zna se da li su prljavi od starosti i iskoriscenosti, ili jednostavno flekavi.
- Vrata od apartmana! Predlozeno nam je da se ne zakljucavamo iznutra jer postoji mogucnost zaglavljivanja brave, tako da dok boravimo uapartmanu/spavamo, vrata ostanu otkljucana. Malo nelagodno...

Sve u svemu... 3/5. Dok se ne posveti paznja odrzavanju apartmana, preporucio bih neki drugi apartman u blizini. Ako se poprave gore navedene stvari i posveti paznja odrzavanju apartmana, boravak u Toplici verujem da ce biti kao u bajci.

Sve odlicno, nedostaju venecijaneri/paravan ili rolatne u spavacoj sobi.
