The apartment is equipped with LG Smart TV 42", cable TV, air conditioning, hotel hair dryer, flow boiler - non-stop hot water, modern shower cabin is equipped with modern shower system and mirror. A set of hygiene products: bath foam, shampoo, soap and a set of towels. Bathrobes can be rented for an additional fee. The kitchen is modernly equipped, with a dishwasher, a combined refrigerator, an induction hob, an oven, and a kettle. The kitchen also has a dining room with a dining table and chairs. In the hall of the apartment there is a wardrobe, a closet and a shoe cabinet, as well as a large wall mirror. The apartment door is a safety device and can be opened with an electronic code lock and key. The double bed is equipped with an anti-allergic and anatomical mattress and anti-allergic quilts and pillows filled with bamboo fibers. Pillows can be adjusted for different sleeping heights. The corner sofa can be folded into a bed for two people. The bedding is cotton sateen. Parking is free and is located in the inner courtyard of the building. The entrance gate to the yard and the building is locked.
